In 2020 Invest for children made a donation to the Pequeños Pasos Foundation.
The main mission of the Pequeños Pasos Foundation is to contribute to the development and progress of society through actions aimed at improving the living conditions of the most disadvantaged people and groups, providing the necessary support to improve their quality of life and that of their families, thus favouring their social inclusion.
Probably the most serious indirect consequence of the Covid-19 health crisis has been the so-called “hunger queues”. Many families have lost their jobs and their source of income, which has made it very difficult for them to fill their fridges. This is how the Family Meals project was started, during which Fundación Pequeños Pasos has distributed more than 15,000 boxes of food to 600 low-income families in Madrid.
