The purpose of this document is to establish conditions of use of website https://www.investforchildren.org, as well as conditions of donations and purchase of products through website.

Use of site
By using this website, make a donation and/or placing orders through it, you agree to the following:
– Use this website solely for the purpose of make donations, viewing products and placing orders.
– Do not place any fraudulent or false donation / order. If a donation / order is reasonably believed to be fraudulent. Invest for children is entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
– You have legal capacity to enter into contracts (you declare to be over 18 years old).
– Provide your contact details in a truthful and accurate way in order to be able to accept your donation or ship orders.
Protection of personal data
Contract shall be formalised in Spanish.
Orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in products supply or if there are no items in stock, Invest for children will inform you of such circumstance, either by email or by telephone, and will refund any amount paid for product or products not available or exchange product for another of same value, as you decide.
Prices of articles include all applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount. Invest for children reserves its right to modify prices at any time, although products will be invoiced on the basis of current price at time of placing order (subject to product availability).
In purchase order will indicate both total price of product / products, including VAT and shipping costs that apply, as indicated in following sections.
Applicable VAT rate will be that legally in force at any given time depending on specific article in question.
In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of provisions of Article 21 of Spanish Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of taxes and duties in accordance with regulations in force in each of these territories.
Shipping costs amount to:
Shipments to the Peninsula – Urgent Courier: € 7.00 (VAT included)
Shipments to Europe – Urgent Courier: € 15.00 (VAT included)
Shipments outside Europe – Registered Mail: € 40.00 (VAT included)
How to place an order.
To place an order, you must select the desired item and website will direct you to a contact form, where you must fill in the requested fields. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with instructions to pay through payment gateway on our website or through a wire transfer.
In case you prefer to pay by bank transfer, platform will indicate necessary data to make it.
Data recorded by website or bank transfer receipt constitute proof of transactions carried out. You will receive order confirmation via email.
Order is not formalized until process is finished, which will happen when you have paid. Clicking on “Pay” or sending wire transfer implies that you purchase and pay for selected items. This step is a binding commitment.
There are no purchase limits. You can place order for the number of items you want, without established minimums or maximums.
How to make a donation
To make a donation, you must click on “Make your donation” button and website will direct you to a contact form, where you must fill in all requested fields. By accepting form submission, you can select donation payment method, by bank card or wire transfer.
In case you prefer to pay by bank transfer, platform will indicate necessary data to do it.
Data recorded by website or wire transfer receipt constitute proof of transactions carried out. You will receive confirmation of donation via email.
Donation is not formalized until the end of the process, which will happen when you have paid. Clicking on “Pay” or sending bank transfer implies that donation has been made. This step is a binding commitment.
Right to cancel an order.
Invest for children reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
In addition, Invest for children has the right to refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as, for example:
– Due to an error in billing information (incorrect or impossible to verify).
– If there is suspicion of fraud with bank card.
– If it is not possible to send it to indicated address.
– If there are reasons to suspect that user is not an end consumer.
– If user is under 18 years of age.
– If full payment has not been made.
You can use the following payment methods: credit card or bank transfer. In case of payment by credit card, total amount of order, including shipping costs that apply as appropriate, will be charged to your bank account at time of purchase. Only payments in EUROS are accepted.
By card payment and in the event of any incident occurring during process (for example, that terminal reported card refusal), order will be cancelled automatically. Credit card payment system is managed through payment gateway Redsys.
By clicking on “Pay”, you are confirming payment of order as well as credit card is your. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by credit card issuer, but if credit card issuer does not authorize payment, order will be automatically cancelled, and system will inform you about cancellation.
Invest for children also offers you the possibility to pay by wire transfer.
Order will be sent to address you provide once total amount of order has been confirmed. If amount is not equal to total amount, Invest for children reserves its right not to send order until your full payment.
Products will be sent to address you indicated.
Delivery time ranges between 24 and 72 hours (business days), from the day after order is placed, for addresses on the peninsula, through the MRW transport agency.
Delivery time for addresses outside the Spanish territory ranges between 3 and 7 business days, from the day after the order is placed, through Post Office network.
Orders received on Friday or holidays will be shipped on first following business day. If, for any reason, there is a delay in shipment, we will inform you of estimated delivery time.
Once package has been sent, delivery address cannot be modified.
It is not possible to specify the exact delivery time.
Courier company will not call before first delivery attempt.
If there is any error in your received order, contact us and we will inform you of how to solve it at no cost.
For sales to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, check conditions by phone or email.
Indicated deadlines will be respected as long as there are no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason we are unable to meet delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you an option to proceed with purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel order with a full refund of price paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that “delivery” has occurred or that order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquire material possession of products, which is accredited by signing receipt of order at agreed delivery address.
Impossibility of delivery.
In shipments to Spain, customer must remain attentive to arrival courier. If when attempting delivery there is no one at address provided, courier will leave an arrival note indicating telephone number you must call to arrange a new delivery.
After two days without establishing contact, courier company will try to reach you at telephone number provided. After 5 days without being contacted, package will be returned by courier.
If, finally, order is returned by courier agency due to inability to contact customer, customer will be responsible for paying for new shipment.
In sales to Europe and internationally, if a package is returned due to inability to contact you, you will be responsible for paying for new shipment.
If within 15 days, counting from when your order is available for delivery, order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to Invest for children, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated.
As a result of contract termination, we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date we consider contract to be terminated. Please bear in mind that transport derived from resolution may have an additional cost, so Invest for children will be authorized to pass on corresponding costs.
Cancellation of an order.
You have the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by art. 102 of spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias.
To cancel an order you can use the attached form (withdrawal form) or you can notify us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the address Fundación Invest for children / Via Augusta, 200 (Zurich Building) 1st Floor – 08021 Barcelona.
If you send us an email or written communication, please include the details of your order to help us identify it.
Withdrawal period shall expire in 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, and indicated by you, acquired the material possession of the goods or, in the event that products making up the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, and indicated by you, acquired the material possession of the last of the aforementioned products.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, you must return products delivered to the address indicated (Fundación Invest for children / Via Augusta, 200 (Zurich Building) 1st Floor – 08021 Barcelona), assuming costs of return. Please note that if you decide to return goods to us at postage due, we will be entitled to charge you for any costs we may incur.
The right to withdraw from contract shall apply only to those products that are returned in the same condition in which customer received them. No refund will be made if product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with product/s while they are in your possession. Please return item(s) using or including all original packaging with all tags. Please do not remove tags until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the item, we will let you know if you are entitled to a refund. If return includes entire purchase, correct procedure has been followed and products are new and unused, we will proceed to refund total amount of purchase plus shipping costs within 14 days of receiving cancelled order.
If return only includes part of order, correct procedure has been followed and products are new and unused, we will only refund you returned products value, excluding shipping costs.
Return of defective products.
If you return products to us because they are defective or description do not correspond to products, we will refund you full price of products, together with shipping costs and cost of item returning.
Guarantee of purchased items
Offered contractual guarantee is established in Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Clientes y Usuarios.
Invoice for products purchased
You can request at any time a copy of corresponding invoices to be sent to him by electronic means or on paper, at your choice.

Invest for children will respond to your request as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month. In the event that your request is not satisfactorily resolved, you may go to ordinary jurisdiction as indicated below.

– That content of page or information that passes through it is free of viruses or other harmful elements, as well as errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
– Possible damages or losses that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or disconnections in operation of website.
– Delays or blockages in use of this page caused by deficiencies or overloading of data processing centre, or damage that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intromissions beyond Invest for children control.
– Invest for children is exonerated from liability for any damage that you may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in information provided, if it comes from other sources.
Mere access to website does not imply any type of commercial relationship between Invest for children and you.
Invest for children only supplies products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use product for commercial, advertising or resale purposes. Invest for children has no liability for any loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunities you suffer.
Cession of rights and obligations.
Contract is binding on both you and Invest for children, as well as our respective successors, assignees and successors in title. You may not transmit, assign, encumber or otherwise transfer a contract or any of your rights or obligations under it without Invest for children’s prior written consent. We may transmit, assign, encumber, subcontract or otherwise transfer a contract or any of our rights or obligations under it at any time during its term. For the avoidance of doubt, any such transmissions, assignments, encumbrances or other transfers will not affect any rights, if any, that you, as a consumer, may have at law, nor will it void, reduce or otherwise limit any warranties, express or implied, that we may have given to you.

Information displayed on website is current as of the date of last update. Invest for children reserves the right to update/modify/remove information from this website at any time without notice.
Where the website contains links to other websites and materials from third parties, such links are provided for information purposes only and Invest for children has no control over the content of those websites or materials. We therefore accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss arising from your use of them.
Invest for children reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Changes made will not be retroactive. If you do not agree with changes, we recommend do not use our website.
Virus, hacking and other computer attacks
You must not misuse this website by intentionally introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other technologically harmful or damaging programs or material.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, the server on which this website is hosted or any server, computer or database connected to our website.
