In 2024, Invest for children has awarded a total of three scholarships to students from the El Terral programme, reaffirming its commitment to supporting education and equal opportunities.
One of these scholarships has been granted to a student who is pursuing her third year of the Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development. In addition, two more scholarships have been awarded to students from the same programme who, thanks to their excellent PAU exam results, will begin undergraduate studies in Law and Nursing, respectively. This support will allow them to continue their studies at university, backed financially by Invest for children.
El Terral is an activity centre located in the Raval neighbourhood of Barcelona, promoted by the Raval en Acció association. The centre runs programmes aimed at providing socio-educational support to young people and women, most of them immigrants, offering resources that facilitate their employment and social integration.
