Workplace Inclusion 2026

Since 2012, Invest for children has been committed to promoting the employment inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through the Aura Foundation project. Aura Foundation was the first “Supported Employment” programme in Spain, pioneering the implementation and development of this methodology.

The MISSION of Aura Foundation is to help improve the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities through social and employment inclusion, following the “Supported Employment” approach.

As of May 2026, Aura Foundation has supported 547 participants, with 407 individuals currently enrolled in Aura’s Employment Programme. At present, 332 people are in work thanks to the Supported Employment methodology.
