Work Placement Inclusion 2021

In 2021, several participants of the Aura Foundation have returned to work after a long period of participation in a labor force adjustment plan, which required ongoing support. The Aura Foundation provides face-to-face support in combination with online assistance. In September, new participants joined the foundation, making it a strong month for recruitment, despite some job losses. Currently, 306 people are receiving assistance from Aura Fundación, with 207 jobs secured at companies such as DABA Nespresso, Penguin Random House, and CaixaBank.

The “Supported Living” program has doubled its training offerings with a second training apartment using the “Aura Habitat” methodology, as well as a new “home support” apartment program.

Additionally, FC Barcelona has signed nine participants from the Aura Foundation for its LigaGenuine football team.
