Maria Canals Piano Classicals Contest 2013

The pianist Alexey Lebedev played at the Inaugural Concert of the Maria Canals Contest at the Petit Palau de la Música of Barcelona last March 8th.
At the first part, Lebedev played some musical pieces of Salvador Brotons, Joseph Haydn and Frédéric Chopin. At the second part, the audience chosed between two different repertoirs at the beginning of the concert. This year, the Maria Canals – Invest for children Contest counted with the collaboration of the Cámara de Comercio Italiana – Barcelona, inside their programme of events to commemorate their centenary.
